Platform overview

One loop, from the first sweep to a confirmed removal

TracBrand is built as a single continuous pipeline rather than a collection of tools. A brand goes in; discovery, verification, clustering, enforcement and follow-up run against it unattended, and humans are asked only for the decisions that need a person.

The pipeline

What happens to a finding

Each stage produces the input the next one needs, which is why evidence exists by the time a notice is drafted rather than being assembled afterwards.

  1. 01

    Discover

Ten surfaces swept on your schedule

TracBrand builds its own search terms from your brand name, keyword variations, watchlisted names and the word marks read out of your trademark filings. Those terms go out across marketplaces, six social networks, video, app stores and the open web.

  2. 02

    Verify

Every suspect judged against your real assets

A multimodal vision model compares each candidate against your logo and registered IP, then returns a 0–100 confidence score, an infringement class and a risk level. Anything at or above the confidence threshold becomes a case; everything below is filed as cleared so it is never reviewed twice.

  3. 03

    Cluster

    Repeat offenders linked into networks

Findings that share sellers, domains, handles or infrastructure are grouped into seller clusters, so you enforce against an operation rather than playing whack-a-mole with individual listings.

  4. 04

    Enforce

    Platform-correct notices, drafted and sent

TracBrand drafts a notice in the format the receiving platform expects, cites the trademark evidence from your document vault, and routes it to the right abuse channel once a human approves it.

  5. 05

    Monitor

    Silence chased, changes tracked

Unanswered notices are followed up automatically on a fixed cadence. Suspects that survive are watched for behaviour changes — a renamed handle, a new link, a follower surge — and resurfaced when something moves.

Onboarding

What you register, once

Setup is a guided wizard, not an implementation project. Everything after it is automatic.

  1. 01

    The brand and its assets

Brand name, logo, product imagery and any trademark images. These become the reference set every AI comparison is made against.

  2. 02

    Your official properties

Domains you own and sellers you have authorised. Everything on this list is allowlisted, so your own storefront never appears in your own queue.

  3. 03

    Names and variations

Keyword variations, known misspellings and translations, plus three name lists — names that are yours, names to exclude, and names to watch.

  4. 04

    IP documents

Trademark, patent, copyright and licence filings. Optional, but the platform reads them and turns the extracted word marks into additional search terms and notice citations.

  5. 05

    Monitoring scope and cadence

Which pillars to watch, whether to run discovery, threat hunting or both, and how often.

Scope

Three pillars, enabled independently per brand

A brand with no mobile app does not need app store sweeps. Scope is set per brand, so cost and noise follow the risk that actually applies.

Social media

Impersonating profiles, counterfeit sellers and brand-misuse content across six networks.

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube

App stores

Copycat applications using your name, icon, screenshots or description.

Apple App Store, Google Play

Domains

Typosquats and phishing infrastructure, often caught before the site is live.

Certificate transparency, phishing feeds, scan corpora

Cadence

Each brand runs on its own schedule. Sweeps are jittered so brands do not all fire on the same tick, and a brand already mid-run is never double-started.

Real time
Continuous, with a five-minute floor
Hourly
Every hour, jittered
Every 6 hours
Four sweeps a day
Daily
The default for most brands
Weekly
Low-volume or dormant marks

Case lifecycle

Every confirmed finding moves through a fixed set of states, and every transition is attributed to a user and a timestamp.

Detected
AI-confirmed above threshold, awaiting triage
Reviewing
An analyst has picked it up
Takedown filed
Notice approved and sent to the platform
Confirmed
Content removed or the platform has responded
Dismissed
Cleared with a recorded reason
Legal action
Escalated out of the platform to counsel

Governance

Separation of duties, enforced rather than documented

Enforcement decisions carry legal weight, so the platform treats who did what as part of the record instead of an afterthought.

Tenant isolation

Every brand, case, notice and document belongs to one organisation, and that boundary is applied on the query rather than in the interface.

Role-appropriate access

Five role types cover the realistic split between an administrator, a brand owner, counsel, an analyst and a stakeholder who only needs to read.

Admin
Full control of the organisation, members and brand defaults
Brand manager
Owns brands, assets, keywords and monitoring scope
Legal
Approves notices, escalates cases and manages the IP vault
Analyst
Triages detections and suspect activity
Viewer
Read-only reporting access
