Pricing
One flat fee for your portfolio. No per-takedown billing.
TracBrand is priced per portfolio, not per finding, per notice or per analyst hour. That means the cost of protecting your brand does not rise on the month you are attacked hardest — which is exactly the month most brand protection contracts get expensive.

Let’s talk
Quoted on your portfolio
Up to five brands, swept twice a week, with per-brand scope and cadence tuning and a named contact.
What moves the price
Three variables, stated plainly
We would rather tell you what drives the quote than hide it behind a form.
- How many brands
- Each registered brand carries its own assets, name lists, document vault, schedule and case queue. Sub-brands and product lines count towards the portfolio.
- Which pillars you enable
- Social media, app stores and domains are enabled independently per brand, on both plans. Turning one off does not reduce the fee — it reduces noise. A business with no mobile app gets nothing useful from app store sweeps.
- How often sweeps run
- Pro sweeps weekly. Enterprise sweeps twice a week and can be set slower per brand — bi-weekly or monthly — for brands with little exposure on a surface. Cadence is the main variable cost in the platform, because it drives external data acquisition.

Pricing questions
The things buyers actually ask
Enterprise covers up to five brands, and the platform enforces that — the sixth is refused rather than silently added to your bill. If your portfolio is larger, talk to us and we will quote it properly rather than stretching a plan that was not built for it.
Yes, and the subscription then appears on your AWS bill and draws against any committed spend. The Marketplace listing is billed annually rather than monthly, so ask us for the current terms before you buy there. AWS Marketplace purchases are also currently limited to buyers located in India; everywhere else, buy directly here.
No. The platform does not meter notices, so there is no per-notice or per-removal charge and no surge pricing during peak retail season. Drafting, sending and follow-up are part of the platform.
No. TracBrand is software your team operates. We are not a managed service reselling analyst time, and we do not have an hourly line item.
Adding a brand widens detection immediately. Commercially it is a straightforward adjustment to your portfolio count at the next billing period — there is no re-implementation and no new onboarding project.
That is how we prefer to run demos. We register your marks, run a live sweep, and show you what comes back — including what the AI clears. You should judge detection quality on your own brand, not on a prepared deck.
Six months. Both plans are sold on a six- or twelve-month term paid upfront, and the twelve-month term includes free months — one on Pro, two on Enterprise — so committing for the year is the cheaper month as well as the longer one. Six months carries no bonus; it is the same rate, paid ahead, for buyers who want the smaller cheque. If neither term works, say so and we will bill Pro monthly instead — it is simply not the option we lead with.
Because the honest answer depends on the portfolio. Pro is one brand and one shape, so it carries a published price you can buy without speaking to us. Enterprise covers up to five brands with cadence and scope tuned per brand, and quoting that properly needs a conversation rather than a number you would then negotiate away from.
See it run against your actual brand first
Tell us how many brands you own and which channels worry you, and we will register your marks and run a live sweep in the same session. Judge detection quality on your own brand, not on a prepared deck.
